I'm planning a last minute trip for myself and my daughter and I've never stayed at either property. For those who have stayed at both, which would you choose? Thanks!

I had the same question for last summer. I couldn't decide between the two. We ended up staying at BWPPI and was very happy. It's nothing fancy, and I'm kinda a germ freak, but had no problems at all. The walk to the parks was awesome, room was clean, never saw any bugs, staff was nice, we never ate the free breakfast, and loved the size of the fridge. We had a bottom floor room in the very back of the hotel. Didn't have a problem with noise. 8 years ago we also stayed there and didn't have a problem then also. But, did you see the recent photos someone posted at Park Vue Inn? It looks really nice!! They just redid everything, so I think I would choose Park Vue. I think that is where we will stay next time we go.

Look at the prices and compare. If you are a costco member if you book it trhough their website you get a discount at BWPPI, easy to cancel too if you need to, changed my dates and had no problems, even had several rooms booked as the price kept changing :)

Good luck and hopefully someone can give you a better comparison.

Thanks kailuagirl. I am also a germ freak so I appreciate your comments. I did see the pictures of the Park Vue Inn and that's what got me thinking about giving them a try. We're booked at the Best Western at the AAA rate and the Park Vue is just a few dollars more. Do you know which one is located directly across from the Disney entrance?

It is not so much which is directly across from the entrance as directly across from the crosswalk near the entrance. And BWPPI is a little closer to the crosswalk than Park Vue. But we are talking 50-100 feet at most. So distance is a non-issue.

In answer to your OP, I originally chose BWPPI over Park Vue because it had more solid reviews and Park Vue was more mixed. Never stayed at Park Vue so cannot comment. BWPPI has offered good value for us over the years when we travelled with four kids.

Thanks HydroGuy. We usually stay at Fairfield Inn, but we have just 1 1/2 days this time so we're trying to stay as close as possible.

We've stayed at PV twice in the past, and both times it was because of it's location, and because the price was better then what we could get elsewhere for the same amount of time.

Loved it, probably wouldn't stay anywhere else, except to stay onsite.
