BWPPI New Breakfast Room

Hi we are staying at BWPPI in two weeks. If anyone goes before then I would love a recap of their new breakfast room and the offerings available (they just finished remodeling it). I just called and they said the new breakfast area is up and running. Thank goodness, those grab and go breakfasts left a lot to be desired. If no one replies back I will reply once we go. Thank you!

Breakfast room looks nice, and I believe has more tables available (more in the back area). Same food as before, no change there. The bagels, bread are now with the cereals as an island, which seemed to be a bit hectic. I was glad to see it open this past weekend.

Ah great! lad there was more seating too. I mean we get there early but still it was chaos a couple times trying to find a spot to sit and eat. We always ate the eggs and waffles. Not big on breads and cereals (well maybe the kids every now and then had cereal). Great to hear, thanks so much Amy!

Is it possible to take food back to your room? We'll be staying there next week with a 5 and 2.5 year old and it would be much easier on us if we can take some things back with us.

Yes, they always allow you to do that (take food back to your room) as well.

I used to bring the tray that was in the room (under/near the coffee maker) to the breakfast room to help carry food back for my kids. Not sure if the rooms still have trays...been awhile since we stayed there.

When checking into the BWPPI, ask for one of the front, Harbor facing rooms. There are three of these rooms over the office that face the park and have a great view of it!

When checking into the BWPPI, ask for one of the front, Harbor facing rooms. There are three of these rooms over the office that face the park and have a great view of it!

I have stayed in one of these rooms on previous trips and found them to be very noisy from the traffic on Harbor. Our room seemed smaller than other rooms we have stayed in at BWPPI. The beds were doubles as well and not queen size if that matters to anyone.

For a free breakfast it's not bad. They've got fruit, juice, coffee, bagels, pastries, sausages, eggs, and waffles. Definitely not amazing food but it's a decent deal if you're trying to save some money. The breakfast area itself is kind of like a low-end cafeteria. Decently clean and everything jist rather plain.

Yes, no new food items were added, just a reno job.
