BWI Water View Rooms

Hello,
I just booked a water view room at the Boardwalk Inn for our next trip. I know that sometimes the classifications can be a little misleading. Are all waterview rooms overlooking the Boardwalk and Crescent Lake? If not what are the other water options referring to? I could only think perhaps the canal to Epcot? Thanks in advance!

I think it also includes the rooms that face the courtyard on the lake side (Village Green), you could see the lake but not much of the boardwalk.

The canal to Epcot is on the Boardwalk Villas side. The pictures on the website are misleading, some include the Boardwalk Villas, like the one with Jellyrolls.
