BWI standard room request

Thinking about a couple of days the end of September to check out F & W at Epcot. Don't really want to spend the money on Deluxe but I really like BWI. In the past, we have stayed Club level Boardwalk view and the second time a garden view club level. There was a standard view available this morning (non club level) which may be a possibility.

Is there a certain section I could request that might avoid a rooftop view or other equally unappealing view? I'd be ok with parking lot view but a roof, dumpster type area or loading/unloading area I'd like to avoid. Any suggestions? I'm not familiar with BWI standard view locations.

I would also consider CSR to save money. We've stayed there several times and I enjoy it but thought Epcot resorts would be great for F & W which is where I'd spend most of my time. I will add that this may be a solo trip. Have never done solo so that would be a new experience.

That sounds good. Courtyard view, or a glimpse of the pool would be nice. If I book there, I'll request courtyard view. Thanks!
