We have a trip coming soon and the only opening available in the Epcot area was in a Cottage Suite. I have always wanted to stay there and was so excited when my hubby said that was where we were staying. I just started looking at them and went here first. Love the pics and the information I found. It said it was for honeymoons, but we are 32 years past that, should have booked for our anniversary. Has anyone stayed in the few in the buildings as opposed to the garden area? I really thought I wanted the garden area, but the ones in the building would make it easier than having to go in and out of the building and up and down the stairs as much, I am currently on a chemo treatment so I get tired easily at times.

Is it frowned upon to carry out food from the CL? It will be easier to make a tray to eat breakfast, while we get ready for the day.

Do they carry any of the NA beers in the lounge? I love a cold beer after a long day at the parks, but pass on the alcohol at this time.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If I were you I would try to change locations. Try a standard club room close to the lounge.
To get from the cottages to the lounge is a fair distance, and then it is a long walk from the elevator on the 4th floor to the lounge.
If you stay in the cottages and it rains, you will get wet going back and forth from the lounge, and as there are no trays in the lounge it will be difficult carrying food back to your room.
The beer selections were Bud Light, Heineken, and Sam Adams - there might be others but I can't remember.
Whatever you decide have a great time, and hope that after your treatment you are 100% healthy.

There are no other rooms available. The only other openings are at All Star Music. For some reason, other resorts are booked solid. This was truly the only option, but I am excited, just was thinking that I may ask to be in one of the rooms that suites that are in the regular building.

You mentioned you are booked club level, is that right? Since you have a reservation, you can email the Boardwalk Itinerary Planning Office with your questions about the general location of your room. Just send them an email to this address: Yacht.Beach.Club.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com
Include in the subject line your last name, and your reservation number. They are great about getting back to you. They can assist with questions, dining, they are there to help you. Their services are available to club level guests.

(It's ok that the address says Yacht.Beach, the same folks handle club level with the Boardwalk. You may have to move the last m so that .com reads as one, without a separation.)

Best wishes and happy planning! :goodvibes
