hi, has anyone had a less than stellar experience with a stay at bwi consierge?

I was there in June. if I compared my concierge experience to the Poly or the YC I would have to say I didn't like it at all. although the people were friendly, the room was immaculate and the room location was superb the overall experience I had was not worth $368.00 per night. Ya i had turndown service and food offererings but nothing compared to the other two resorts I had experienced. At check in we checked in in the main lobby with everyone else. I thought the whole concept of concierge is a seperate check in, no lines. the lounge didn't open times they should of been opened and if you didn't get there right when the door opened but instead near the end of the time for that food offering what was there was there. One more thing and not to knit pick but when you asked for a bottle of water you got it but it was warm, YUCK, reminded me of Australia, even beer was warm there. Will I go back again, YES, I think the BWI is a real nice hotel, just wouldn't pay to stay concierge.:)
