BWI Concierge

We are getting so excited for our honeymoon! I do have a question though. We have not been contacted by the BWI concierge. I was wondering if they always contact you before you arrive, or if there is any way I can get in touch with them. (email, etc) I'd love to hear from any of you that have stayed there!

Have fun, I have never stayed at BW Inn cocnierge, but have seen the lounge, it is absolutley lovely!
I have stayed at YC concierge (Polynesian and GF also)
It will be most comparable to the Yacht concierge, (as they share itinerary planners)
you'll love it!

They may not have contacted you, because sometimes your contact info does not download into their system, and they have no way to reach you, give them a call!
