Just curious about the concierge at BWI. We've never stayed here, but plan on trying it out. We have stayed at the Poly concierge, and were wondering what BWI offers.

Here are some questions:

1) Do you book a concierge standard room, deluxe room, or do they put you where there is an opening upon check-in?

2) What are the available views?

3) Can you rent strollers for your stay at the concierge desk?

4) Is there a separate check-in area for concierge guests?

5) I have read that all concierge rooms are on the 4th floor. Anything special on this floor--what's the lounge like?

I think that's all for now. TIA! :D

I will try to answer some of your questions.

1) The Deluxe room is a standard room with a sitting room that has an extra T.V., VCR, and a sleeper sofa (makes the room sleep 6) all of these rooms have water views and are more expensive. I believe you can then book a standard room and that could be either a garden or water view, keep in mind you can make a room request or fax ahead.

2) answered in 1

3) No strollers

4) There isn't a separate check in

5) Not all rooms are on the 4th floor, but the lounge is. The lounge here is a little more formal than the polynesian, much smaller, and the evening offerings don't compare to the Polynesian. The desserts are awesome and you can see the Illuminations fireworks from there as well.

Check out the BWI facts page stuck at the top of the board.

I don't know how to provide a link but ourlaughingplace.com has movie clips of the lounge and deluxe room on their website and regular pics too.

Hope this helps!:D
