BWI -- Concierge Check In Question

If you're staying on the concierge level at BWI do you check in at the main front desk first?? Or is there someplace else that you check in?
I've only done concierge one other time -- at the YC -- and I checked in at the main check in and then had someone from the concierge level take me upstairs.
I'm just hoping that check-in won't take too long because we're arriving late-ish (8:30-9pm) and need to check in and turn around and go to the airport to pick up the rest of our group. We'd like to have the rooms ahead of time so everyone can settle in and get some rest.

I was just there last November and we checked in for concierge in the main line for all the rooms. went by pretty fast even though at 4pm there was a line of people. You'll love BWI concierge, everything about it is FANTASTIC, have a fun time

I thought I just read here recently that it just changed and concierge guests now check-in upstairs in the lounge? Anyone??

I had the same question. One of the moderators said I should call IPO and ask them. They just returned my call (it's so fun to have Disney call you when you are really close to leaving. It makes me feel like they are expecting me more now - LOL) and Alana said that check in is now on the 4th floor. She said when we drive up to the security gate we need to tell the guard that we are checking in conceirge level and they will call and have someone meet us and take us up. Hope this will help you too.

Yep, check in is on the 4th floor ...very nice. Scott was there to greet us, it made it all the more special.
