We will be staying at the BWI for the first time and booked a standard CL with the Disney+ discount for 5 nights the last week of November. I was wondering what you would recommend when requesting a room location. We do like quiet but maybe it would be best to be close to the Club Lounge. I am not sure if there are rooms inconveniently far from the lounge or not. I assume since we booked a standard view there really isn't any rooms in our category that have a balcony with a view of anything that we could request. We haven't stayed CL since before COVID so I don't what else to request from Signature Services. We booked all of our own dining and park reservations. It doesn't seem like Signature Services offers too much that they can help us with. Thanks!

You can email DSS with your room request to save yourself the phone call.

At BWI I would request near the Lounge. I had a BWI CL room that was so far down the hall (well it was a couple halls I think) it felt like it was practically in Epcot, very annoying and I could see parts of the Remy area from my balcony so I wasn’t far off... And it was slightly creepy, I love my silence but I felt I could scream and there was a chance no one would hear me (false fear I later learned when I heard a guy on the other side of the wall screaming about his business deal falling apart 😬).

@wdwfun! with the change to Resort view rooms you have a wild selection of rooms that now fit in this new Category. The furthest Resort view room is only about 16 rooms way from the CL lounge and they are all on the 4th floor.

There are only 4 rooms I would try very hard to avoid 4201, 4203, 4209, 4211. I would ask to not be in any of these.

Yes they match parts of what @gottalovepluto described above but as I already indicated it is not that far. I don't like them as they are over the Loading dock area and there are lots of backup beeps from deliveries to the resort.

Note: Resort View is : Disney's BoardWalk Inn Gardens, Leisure Pool or Parking Area.

Thanks! Is the club lounge on the 4th floor?
Yes, all CL rooms are on the 4th floor with CL Lounge except for 5 Deluxe CL Rooms on the 3rd floor. There are 5 Deluxe CL rooms located on the 3rd floor that have CL access to the 4th floor lounge.

The 10 Deluxe CL rooms sleep up to 6 guests.

ETA: still learning to type...
