BW view Qs

I don't have a map to post. But is that area slightly around the corner facing the Atlantic Dance Hall deemed a BW view?

Also is the area from the lobby down to the BW facing the front lawn and the BWI rooms BW view? (If they are not BW view what preferred category are they? Garden?)

I'm thinking yes on both since you must have semi BW view from either area. But certainly not as nice as directly above the BW.

There are no villas around the corner by Atlantic Dance Hall. The last villas are just before JellyRolls and face the BW directly. The first villa on each floor that faces the Village Green lawn, just around the corner from the BW stores, is a BW view room. The other rooms between the lobby and the BW are preferred/garden view.

We went to DISNEY this past Thanksgiving, we all had BOARDWALK VIEW ROOMS, 4 OF THEM, my daughters room was the third or fourth room around the corner from the BW stores and it was a Boardwalk view room we were told....they had a partial view of the Boardwalk, now the other three rooms were directly facing the Boardwalk , they were great, but my daughter loved her room also.
