Got the budget notice today. One thing I noticed was that there is a developer guarantee at BWV, as mentioned in previous posts for other resorts. In 2002, actual operating budget was 2.7428, capped to 2.5872 and in 2003 actual is 2.9781 capped to 2.8514.

The big gainers were front desk, housekeeping & insurance, which I believe were the same areas of increases at other resorts. Interesting that the capital reserves is down, perhaps due to the outside work being paid for by the original contractor.

Hope I copied these right, I just came back from the eye doctor and the drops have not worn off yet! :smooth:
 
I got mine today and it does look like all the DVC resorts had increases in the same areas.
