BW Bakery Blasphemy: UPDATED TR finished with picture overload -THE END!!!!!

So I start to calmly explain to her - NO, that won't work.

You don't get a FP when the person's pass hasn't been activated at entry.

You'll get nowhere.

And the monster says, 'the finger scan was off last night - I'll go through and get ONE and then go out and back through.

I'm laughing at this point and saying, "well good luck to you! I think you'll be practicing for our next round and not getting two FPs".

So morning comes.

And I swear

We interrupt this post for a "OMG. OMG. WHO ARE YOU? WHAT? FLAG?". Oh football. :surfweb:

And I swear I feel her presence but I'm asleep. Feel sadness. :rotfl2: I've been blessed by God by picking up EVERYONE's feelings. :sad2: So incredibly draining.

So I sense her disappointment and nothing's been said. :rotfl2: And my eyes are closed. :lmao:

So I say, "What's wrong?".

And she says, "I didn't get it" :sad2:

And I get the whole drama of finger scan on. And blah blah blah.

So I say, "Well do you want me to put on some pants and go try?".

YES!!!! :cheer2:

So I did. And we walked like the wind down the path.

And WE GOT THEM!
:dance3:

And later that evening at TSM - well -

I beat her pants off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance3: :woohoo: :yay:

UP NEXT: A GLORIOUS CHRISTMAS EVE!

Thank God there was just a Pittsburgh touchdown. Thank God.

For the record, I was rooting for the Ravens. :sad2: Well, only because of Sandra Bullock and "The Blindside". My team plays tomorrow. Pats of course.:thumbsup2

It's on. It's SO ON. ONe day - you me and the pipsqueak. I'll take you BOTH.

Down you go.....

How is Liz at it?

I.owned.them.all.

Every one of them.

No, I am NOT competitive. Not a single cell in my body. For realsies. ;)

HOW I CREATED A TSM FP MONSTER IN ONE DAY!!

Hilarious. But it IS so insanely addicting! Well, I what I mean to say is, I can see where it *might* be addicting if one were ridiculously competitive with these things. :rolleyes1

My God. You are so sweet. :goodvibes

First, congratulations! So happy for you. I dream of an add-on. So wonderful. Enjoy. :dance3:

And the trip with the girls - women:rotfl2: - nice. I'm a tad sad because so many of my friends here will be there soon for the Princess. :woohoo: And I can't go. But can't wait to hear. On both. You should do a TR for sure. What fun.

And one more tidbit - it's become apparent to me on my time on the DIS - and your interaction with me - well you are woman's woman. A gift. And you have a special way of making people feel "seen". And I know that sounds deep and weird for the DIS but I simply don't care. It's a special gift podsnel. Go tell your family that they're blessed to have you!

GO! :lmao:

NOW! :rotfl:

Here is my favourite:

100_9827-1.jpg

:rotfl:

Well, a lot of people have said some very, very kind things to me on the DISboards...but I have to tell you, you are the ONLY one who has ever moved me to tears! But in a good way!! :goodvibes I absolutely made my family read your post! You know- just to remind them how lucky they are to have me...:rolleyes1

And you think I have the gift of making people feel "seen"? Ummm....I think you might have the gift too, Lisa. Thanks soooo much for making me feel so wonderful.:cloud9:

And the photo?

:worship: :worship: :worship: GORGEOUS!!!!!!

Have a great day,
Ellen

EDTA- Oh, and there will DEFINITELY be a TR- there is ALWAYS a TR!!! ESPECIALLY for the GIRLS trip!!

It wasn't 5029.

29. Not 29. Being from the Commonwealth I would have remembered Wills wedding date.

:rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao:

NOT - it's my sister's birthday - that would have stuck.

Maybe 5031? Do you think? Next door????

yup, 5031 then - guess we've gone back and forth between those 2 rooms so much, my mind flipped the two (or maybe it was too many TSM rides, certainly not the grey goose slushies killing brain cells or anything like that:rolleyes1).
yup, they're next to one another...x029 has the wall alongside so a more obstructed view to the left (whilst standing on the balcony), and x031 has the big piller that cuts off a bit of the right side, but offers an amazing view just by moving around a bit. either offers a perfect shot into the basketball hoop tho ;)
we do love (seriously) both, but x031 has a more "panoramic." view.
speaking of panorama, i'm excited to try some settings (which i bought my camera for, but never used) after seeing your pics.
keep 'em coming :thumbsup2

[/B][/COLOR]

You OWN them all. :lmao::rotfl::lmao:

Have you informed them? :rotfl2: ;)

You only own them all because I wasn't there. You know that, eh? Eh? :rotfl:

She was with Pittsburgh (Black coach is part of her connection - for years they in the past *thought* that black coaches couldn't do it - you know ignorant nonense of the past) But she was torn with the Ravens.

Right now her team is winning.

And she's not excited about the Jets and NE. She says it's like boys playing against MEN. So funny. :rotfl2:

This is great! popcorn::

Ah thanks. Thanks for following and posting. :goodvibes

!

Ellen,

You're welcome.

Thanks so much. Thank you for your compliments.

It made me VERY happy to hear that you shared that with your family. Very happy. It's like we have these people in our lives - family and close beautiful friends - that are SO loved but they are just there - you know you love them day in - day out. A given. But it goes untold sometimes, eh?

It's when they're not - sighing - we should just say everything now.

I'm so happy that you took it all in. Thrilled.

Can't wait for THAT tr. I don't know how you do it - TRS are lovely yes but on level of a PT job. :rotfl2:

And I have a story about that picture. Two of my favourites I was - well I had comments loudly made while I was taking them.

yup, 5031 then - guess we've gone back and forth between those 2 rooms so much, my mind flipped the two (or maybe it was too many TSM rides, certainly not the grey goose slushies killing brain cells or anything like that:rolleyes1).

we do love (seriously) both, but x031 has a more "panaramic." view.
speaking of panarama, i'm excited to try some settings (which i bought my camera for, but never used) after seeing your pics.
keep 'em coming :thumbsup2

Wow - my goodness - aren't you lucky? :dance3: Getting the two. So tell me - I should go back and check - do you always do BW view?

I forgot to tell everyone that besides being dedicated - it had the day bed plus the couch.

Oh and then 2031 and 2029 have a terrace? :confused3

Nice on the camera. It does take time for some of us :rolleyes1 to find some settings. :rotfl2: Remember I just found black and white.

I hate to see if I bought a DSLR. I think my head would hurt. Badly.

Okay - photos. This one I didn't hear the comments. I was down at the water. So incredibly excited about the "magic hour". The bewitching hour where you just have moments to get it and then it's gone so suddenly.

Jean was up further and this family goes by. I guess my body was probably in this strange formation.

And this man says, "What's she doing - FISHING?". It must have been said sarcastically or with a lot of tone.

Why?

Because Jean says his daughter gave it to him. "Dad - she's trying to get a perspective for her shot".

Why thank you daughter - I was. :goodvibes

The next one is also one of my favourites. Not sure why but it is. It was in the Christmas Shop at DD. And this man - I guess was watching me and says to his son -

Look at her! She's taking pictures of a Christmas present. Look at her.

I ignored. The present turned out "okay". But I continued on to these ornaments and I ADORE it for some reason.

So it's strange to get ongoing comments while you're snapping. But oh well. I love them both. So ignore I will.

I love your stalking pics Lisa! Wish I had an ounce of your picture taking abilities.

Okay, we are at the day of the ABSOLUTE EXQUISITE table service!

NO IT"S NOT THE PICTURE BELOW. SO NO GASPING. Smiling.

Before I start - these days before switching over the DXDP we felt gross - very - felt very tired (physically ) and I honestly think that is about poor food handling.

Okay - but - I had great joy with the QSDP at one place in particular. GREAT YUMMY JOY!!!! :dance3:

It was here.

DisneyXmas2_184-1.jpg

And no it wasn't food. ;)

It was thanks to the great work of jjohnson on her wonderful DIS DDP snack list. Because I had no idea and I don't think it's listed. Two non-alcoholic drinks, that I might have made alcoholic sometimes :rolleyes1, are a snack credit.

I swear I must have had siix or eight or ten. :rotfl2:

LOVELY. :worship:

Pina Coladas and Strawberry Daquiris.

I spent many a day at the back of Epcot trying to finish them off to go through....

And I don't think I have ONE picture of this glorious day. THe lovely Christmas Eve. But that's probably why it's so lovely. Totally present in the moment.

So two ADRS - I should ramble on here how I don't even know when the last time I made ADRS - I hate them - to be tied to them plus I eat in a lot. But I won't. :rotfl2:

So first one - Cape May Cafe.

I dislike buffets - strongly and haven't been there for years. But I read a fantastic review and thought WTHeck.

It was very good. Fruit was fresh. Food was hot - VERY VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.

And I realized characters. I had no idea. :rotfl: Or I forgot or something.

Can anyone tell me something - are female characters always females? Just asking.

The characters spent a lot of time with us without being annoying. Perfect balance. And we had no camera or no kids and they still came. Yes, I realize some of you are schooling me right now but I don't nada about character breakfasts. :lmao: So work with me.

The rest of the morning was PERFECT. We went to Epcot for a bit to get some FPs. Jean probably got her pineapple upside down cake from Sunshine Seasons.

And we just did nada around the area - in our suite.

BW had cookies for us that day and the next.

And then it was time for dinner. The exquisite TS.

OMG. I can not tell you how fabulous it was!

But I will of course.

It was my favourite that has never ever disappointed me all these years -

Kona Cafe!

I ADORE it. It's not such a gorgeous eating area but who cares when the food is THAT good.

Jean and I made the decision to split all TS entrees after how we were feeling. And especially since the appetizer was included. Even though that would leave us with many credits to be creative with at the end. And I'm pleased to tell you that we didn't have one issue at normal sitdowns where you can do that.

We had -

The crab cake first - I think.

But the entree. OMG.

The best steak I have had in a long, long time!

Perfection. Delicious. Lovely.

We then shared the fruit chocolate fondue.

It was a lovely meal. After a lovely day.

The magic of that day just continued and continued.....

I realized that we were about 40 minutes until Wishes. AND I HAVE AN AP!!!! We had seen it earlier in the week but not in a good place.

So we jumped on the monorail.

I was determined to get to Fantasyland. I had seen it a few times from the Tomorrowland bridge. But once we saw it in Fantasyland totally by accident. We walked off a ride and boom into Wishes. And it was wild.

So off we go. Of course the crowds are INSANE but still I was determined. I got sort of swayed off course by the number of people there and couldn't get through Tomorrowland and over. So I thought I will try the castle.

NOPE.

No such luck.

Already blocked off.

But something weird happened. As I got to the castle - tyring to see if I could get to Fantasyland - there was this totally empty space - IN THE AREA RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CASTLE!!! I don't know why. And I looked back and we weren't blocking anyone because I am considerate of late coming and then blocking people.

I think what happened was this large group decided to sit and then no one tried to get around them or near them and it created this huge hole.

Some others found it and stood in front of us after we were there but it didn't matter of course - a given when there's still space. It was lovely. And festive.

And such a wonderful energy. Christrmas Eve - in front of the castle - Christmas Wishes. Lovely.

A wonderful memory.

I love your stalking pics Lisa! Wish I had an ounce of your picture taking abilities.

Oh Amiee. Almost missed you as I was hurrying to get through.....

Sweet. :goodvibes Thank you. :lovestruc I have a cute story to tell you about what you just said.

You only own them all because I wasn't there. You know that, eh? Eh? :rotfl:

well, I just happen to know that YOU happen to know when I'll be there next. So...ms. AP...;)

And she's not excited about the Jets and NE. She says it's like boys playing against MEN. So funny. :rotfl2:

Except that things don't appear to be going very well at the moment

ok. Enough with the football. This is a TR after all! :goodvibes

So it's strange to get ongoing comments while you're snapping. But oh well. I love them both. So ignore I will.

Funny  But your pictures are always ah-mazing! So, let the un-informed question and comment. They just don't have the eye for art that you do :lovestruc

And such a wonderful energy. Christrmas Eve - in front of the castle - Christmas Wishes. Lovely.

again. :lovestruc

Look how skinny I look in this picture!

:rotfl2: Loved it!

I never knew you can get a link to the spaceship earth video! You're educating me, Thanks!
Bobbi:thumbsup2

Just found your TR today and enjoying your style and pics - glad you got back into picture taking a few years back, they're a joy to look at!
Can't wait to hear and see more...

:rotfl2: Loved it!

Yeah! That's right - rude, bad uninformed men! They just don't have the eye for art :lmao: ;)that I do. OMG, priceless. That's right Nancy - YOU TELL THEM! Bad men. :lmao::rotfl:

Thanks for the lovely, funny interaction missy.

So great intro for my Amiee story. Amiee, I'm 43. (someone's 44 - just sayin'). Yes, I know you that. Work with me. I'm 43. So for 41 years - well that's stupid I wouldn't have caught on before five years old. Caught on that maybe I was adopted. Okay, for most of my life - art has been a joke in our family.

Not a joke in itself. A joke about genes. You know the legs story (My parents - even NOW in their seventies - don't have nice legs - they have AMAZING legs - me - well you can guess ) how I missed the gene - I TOTALLY missed a gene. :rotfl2: Like what are the possibliities of that? You have a 99% chance of great legs and YOU LOSE. :rotfl2:

Well Amiee - your compliment made me smile and laugh. My mom is an artist. She painted when I was young. My brother's original undergrad was in landscape architecture. My sister draws like no one. My other sister went to a HS with an art program. One of my nieces - beyond talented.

And then there was me! :rotfl2: I couldn't draw a da#N thing if my life depended on it. In fact - NOTHING - nada - extends to my hand from brain. I can hardly figure out that a wooden flat duck goes in the duck puzzle hole. :lmao: Right left - forget it. I have to move my hands. :lmao:

So it's been the joke. By me not by my talented loved ones. The missing gene - AGAIN. MY missing gene. And I am so not my siblings in general - all blonds as youngins'. And all "D" names. Strange but true. But I have my father's huge bones - and my mother's uneven ears  (that she hid were her genes - I only found out THIS YEAR) - so no back story that I know of....

So off topic. ;) AGAIN!

So for two years that I've had the camera back - well I can at least sigh that part of genetic makeup wasn't completely bonkers. Great joy for small advances. ;)

Thanks. :goodvibes

Nancy, apparently I don't listen. She was all JETS. From the beginning of the game. So exciting for her. I"m so sorry. Was the whole house NE?

I asked her. :confused3 She said just because they are boys doesn't mean I wasn't with them. Apparently she hates NE. I guess I don't listen.....

Don't hate me. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I never knew you can get a link to the spaceship earth video! You're educating me, Thanks!
Bobbi:thumbsup2

Well yeah then. Bobbi - you go to the kiosk after the ride and plug in your email and send it to yourself or one of your loved ones. Then you have the link to see it at home.

Your picture appears on the side screens there as soon as you do that.

Bobbi - :lovestruc - thanks for continuing to read. I smiled to see your post.

Just found your TR today and enjoying your style and pics - glad you got back into picture taking a few years back, they're a joy to look at!
Can't wait to hear and see more...

Hi PoohNFriends! :goodvibes

Thanks for reading and thanks for your sweet words.

So Epcot. Christmas Eve. EMH.

How I got out of the MK after Wishes on Christmas Eve? :lmao: By the skin of my teeth. It was scary to get out at some moments. Honestly.

But we did it.

And got to my beloved Epcot monorail while most called it a night.

Night everyone. Too bad so sad.

Not us.

Epcot was not crowded. At all at this point. Around 11pm. But it was festive and the CMs seemed in a great mood. Really. Honestly. I felt bad for them working Christmas Eve but a lot of them seemed to be having a lot of fun.

We did Spaceship Earth - ummm - twice.

Why?

Because Jean pressed "German" or "Dutch" or something on the language request and annoyed the heck out of me.

So later on we did it again - walked on both times.

We - whoops I mean I - did the regular Mission Space. Jean doesn't do ride rides. So this trip I did Expedition Everest, harder Mission Space and Tower of Terror on my own. Oh well - that's life. And Christmas came as I was in space. Laughing.

Soarin' - can't remember - we did two fast passes on this trip for it but can't remember if it was the lovely Christmas Eve.

So some time between 12:30 and 1:00 we walked through an EMPTY World Showcase to our BC/YC/BW hometown and called it a day....to you know where - 5031.

A lovely, memorable - everything clicked like clockwork day.

You know those days - where everything works so magically and you have peace and great conversations and tons of fun, laughter and smiles. And connection.

Well this was it.

Two days at WDW were like this - Christmas Eve and the MK 3 AM 20th - as was one day in NYC. Memories never to be forgotten. Days that stand out forever.

Up next: Christmas Day - annoying Kobe and annoying man at my Teppan Edo table. I wonder if he's on the DIS? Laughing.
