Hi all, just checking in.... Hope everyone is doing OK. This week was OK but the next 2 weeks will probably be pretty low since my weekends are booked.
Running: 25.25 miles about 240 minutes
Cross Train: 70 minutes

Oh, and our local Fleet Feet will have a water station at that highest point. 
I wore my WISH hat and I believe that it helped get me through.
