Buzz's Astro Blasters probs?

This is about my fourth or fifth trip playing the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters game/ride, but this is the first year where it fails to match up the scores with the right picture.


Is there anyone at Disneyland this week (week of August 16th, 2010) who has had a similar problem?

I had 444,000 one game, and it said I only had 32,500 (which was my 6yr old's score from the next car!)

First week of Aug, we didn't have that problem. But sometimes my two boys in the next car, didn't have any score at all. Just the picture.

We did not have any problems this week with any of our scores and pictures.

first week of August and we did have that problem plus at times a lot of pictures didn't come out. It is our sons favorite ride so we rode about ten times. How on earth did you get that high of a score? lol

Oh yeah, I have HUGE probs with this one!! I blast and blast and hit darn near every target - and my 8 and 13 year old always beat me.

When we were there in July people kept complaining about that when we were at the terminals to email the photos to ourselves. I could never remember my score anyways. But Buzz went down for rehab after that, so you'd think they would have fixed it!

Not me!! When I hit the 500,000 mark (& DH was his usual high 100,000) I said we gotta send this one home. We were stopped in the big room and I was able to keep blasting a continuing blocked lit target. I've never hit that high of a number. (even if it was during a ride stoppage - I'll take it!)

E-mailed that one to myself and forwarded it to our sons - because I'll never do that again (get that high of a score, or even beat DH!)

We have had no problems this week other than it has been down a lot.

It happens sometimes. I've encountered it a few times through the years.

Last weekend we rode it about four times and only once was there a problem with picture (the scores were right, but no photo). That was the first time it's happened to us, so hopefully this isn't the start of an on-going issue!
