Buzz & Woody during EMH at the Studios?

Asking for a friend - is the Buzz & Woody meet and greet open during morning EMH? I have photos of myself at the meet and greet during EMH in 2015, but when I try to find info on what is open during EMH, this meet and greet is not listed. Anyone have any recent experiences??

It looks like according to Kenny they should be out at 8 am opening, but not sure if that means EMH or full park opening at 8, but your friend could always jump on TSM 1st thing, and then be right there for regular opening if they want to meet them with a short wait.
