I get pretty bad motion sickness. I read that Buzz Lightyear's cruisers don't spin on their own, you have to spin it. Is that true? How many sit in a cruiser? I'm wondering because if it's more than 2, we may be put with people who do want it to spin.

It only seats two, it you are an odd number or alone, they will let you ride alone. You control the spinning, but towards the end, it will automatically turn all the cars to face the same direction (not really spinning, nor is it very fast).

Note you will still have to spin, more like turn, your car towards the targets.

I get really motion sick with spinning too, but I was totally fine on this ride. The cars "rotate" more than "spin" - really slowly from side to side.

Yeah I'm not a spinner either and DD and I did this multiple times in a row with no issues. Now Mission Space Orange - that was another story!!!

You'll be fine on that one because you control it. If you're riding with a kid who gets a laugh out of spinning you non-stop, then not so much!

The spinning is not the motion sickness issue I find in this ride...however there is one for me...towards the end of the ride you go through this tunnel thing...basically there is motion video projected on the ceiling and side walls as you are going through in your car on the belt at a different pace then the moving projected video. You are moving much slower than the video projected around you.

I find in this section the 2 different movements give me vertigo and is really unsettling for me. I find the only way I can get through it OK is to keep my eyes focused on the opening at the end of the tunnel where the movement is the same as the movement of the car ...all the moving video around takes me off balance and can make me sick.

I'm not sure how bad your motion sickness is, but this section of the may have an affect on you.
