Buzz lightyear spinning toy

We just bought a spinning buzz yesterday and it stopped working while we were still at the park. I figured it was just the batteries because my 3 year old was playing it it non stop. But we got home today and put new batteries in and it still won't work. What can I do? My son is devastated.

Maybe you can see if wire got loose or something. Did it get wet? Maybe worth putting it in bag of rice to dry it out
? For future reference, I heard if souvenir breaks while eyoyre there, you bring it to them with receipt for replacement even if it's a balloon that popped. I'm sorry I can't be more help than that

At the top of the merchandise receipt there is a Merchandise Guest Services phone number (1-877-560-6477). Call and explain and ask if they can send a replacement.

Yes...call the phone number on the receipt...they will instruct you to send/e-mail them a copy of the receipt and a picture of the broken item...if they still have item in stock they will replace it...otherwise you will get refund...we had a broken 2016 Mickey truck...no longer in stock so they issued a credit refund on my Disney Visa card...Good Luck!
