Buzz Lightyear Progress Report

Buzz was scheduled to reopen after a 3-week refurbishment today. It was not open in the morning at all. They tried opening for a couple hours late this afternoon, but now it is closed again.

I talked to a couple CMs at the ride (I know, take it for what it's worth). They said the main work was redoing the track, and the issue now is that 35 of the 100 cars are not working correctly on the new track.

Sounds like it may take a while to iron out.

There are only 100 cars? I thought there would be quite a bit more than that.

If they redid the entire track, three weeks for refurb is not bad.
