Buzz Lightyear best targets?

Anyone have any recent updates on the best targets to shoot at in Buzz Lightyear at MK? I am taking my 8 year old grandson in Sept and he will have even more fun if I can help him get a great score.

When you 1st enter the "target area", there is a large blue robot with arms that go up and down (on the LEFT SIDE) --- hit the target on the hands--- $100,000 pts

Back of the hand on the big orange robot as you leave the first room. Check youtube, there are a few videos showing the best targets. Be sure to get you high Score button at the end from the photo booth.

I definitely have to check out the YouTube videos! The last trip my DS14 was challenging his brother who was 6 to who would get the highest score. I stepped in and challenged him back. At stakes, extra or no chores for a week. Smarty pants kid had the max score about a fourth of the way into the ride. Then just sat back and gloated. Would love to know how he did it!

When we did a MIB ride in Universal (I think it was there), we aimed and shot at nothing so even if DD only hit one target, she won.

First room -The left hand of the robot and the claw on the ceiling have 100,000 point targets. For the claw it is easier to hit this target once you have past it by turning your vehicle around backwards.

Second room – The top target on the volcano is worth 50,000 points.

Third room – The target below Emperor Zurg is worth 100,000. This target is easier to hit as you approach it. It is hardest to hit when you are directly in front of it.

All three of us reached Galactic Hero status on our visit in June using mainly these targets.
