Buzz 999,999 Pin?

Do they still give out a pin for a max score on Buzz? DS wants to try on next trip and if he gets the score, I'd like for him to get something to commemorate.

Yes they do, my son finally hit Galactic Hero status on our last trip and he got one. We had to ask for it though.

Yeah I assumed they just gave it to you but we walked out and over to the place where you buy pictures and said, "Do you still give out pins for getting 999,999?" they said yes and made one up for my son.

Is it just one of the congratulations pins or is it a different pin? I got a 999,999 one time and didn't know they give out pins for it. I have my photo to remember my score. Only bad part was I got it about half way through the game and then couldn't' play any more.

It's an "I'm Celebrating" Pin with Galactic Hero and 999,999 written in. Both the DFi and I got them in November when we were there. They're neat and we had CMs congratulating us all day!

DH has gotten these on a number of trips, the most recent one in March. On several occasions, the CM at the desk has done a little ceremony and named him a "Galactic Hero, " and the other guests clap for him. You'd think a 40-something year old man would not insist on getting the button every time, but you'd be wrong.

They announced it (loudly) and gave me a decorated pin in October. Sorry I don't know how to resize.

The pin was already decorated they just pulled it out and wrote my name on it.
