Will I have to pay MF's this year even if I do not get 2013 points? I think yes, but do not exactly know why i would, but maybe I am wrong.

In the past for new DVC resorts, you would owe dues starting on the later of your purchase date, the start of your initial Use Year and the occupancy date of the Unit you purchased.

So, I would say you wouldn't pay 2013 dues since the start of your March UY is in 2014.
