buying tomorrow, what should I know?

We were in the world last week and did the DVC tour on Thursday. We have decided to buy in with the 100 pt special at AKV and I am going to call my guide tomorrow, anything I should know or do? Our only incentive is the $8 off a point, we asked about developer pts for 100 pt contracts and we were told no. We will have a June use year, we usually vacation the most in Oct-Jan, but might have to switch to the summer (ughhh) in 10-15 years with kids in high school and college and if I ever go back to teaching full time.

Cruise these boards and get a feel for what to ask...then ask as many questions of your guide as you need answered!!!

DW absolutely grilled our guide (who was most patient and helpful), and in the end gave us comforting, no-pressure responses that were consistent with the info I found here ( ) !!!
