My parents are considering buying property in the Orlando area which they hope to make use of when they retire. They have a few years before they retire though ,and are thinking of making their property work for them. They have been checking out all sorts of info. but they have found it very difficult to find specific info. on the zoning issues of rental i.e. which areas allow short term or long term rental etc. I was wondering if any of you guys might have any idea where to look for that kind of info.

Any deas???

TIA, Ona ;)

I think a good place to start would be to contact any real estate agency in Orlando (ReMax, Century 21, etc.) and ask them. If they don't know specifically, I'm sure they could point you in the right direction.

Good luck.
