Buying tickets through RPR club concierge

I know I can save save a few bucks by buying our tickets online but can we pick up the online purchase through the concierge? Also, can we just buy the tickets at the resort without waiting at the main gate? We would like to get "real" tickets instead for holding on to a printer paper receipt. This is our first visit to UO. Thanks for any advice.

can anyone answer this cause i have the same question. we will be checking in rpr club level sunday am. i haven't purchased tickets cause i thought universal was like disney and would add tickets to our room key.

i have read about kiosks in the lobby. is that were i buy them? or do i check into to the hotel and then go to the ticket gate to get them. i'm leaving home in a few hours.

if you have your confirmation and credit card there is a kiosk in the lobby that you can print your tickets at. These are the smaller tickets that will fit in the card holders you wear around your neck.

Universal does not add your tickets to your room key, you have to have a separate park ticket and room key.

You can purchase tickets at the kiosk as well if you have not already done so.

You can upgrade at the park no problem. Just make sure you do it that day...don't wait until the next.

Hi everyone
I have purchased my tickets through virgin holidays in the UK so they will send me a voucher with my flight tickets. Can I exchange the voucher for 'real' tickets at the RPR hotel or do I need to head to the main gate?
I was hoping to hit the park early on our first day so didn't want to have to spend time sorting tickets so would prefer to get everything set on the first night we arrive
