Buying tickets in advance ????

This is my 4th time to Disney. I have always purchased my tickets in advance. Well, time has gotten the best of me. We are leaving in 1 1/2 wks. so I would have to pay extra for shipping. I am finding 3 day park hopper (no expiration) for $494-$504 + shipping. Are tickets cheaper to buy them now vs. at the gate? Is it a big hassle with lines to buy tickets there? All comments are appreciated. Thanks.

The last time we went I purchases the tickets and then picked them up at the ticket window. I just needed a form of ID. It saved the shipping and worrying about forgetting them.

There's not much of a savings to buying in advance - but there is some, and every little bit helps!

You can do what the previous poster said and purchase them with the will call option. If you buy them online, you'll get a certificate to print out that the cast member can scan. And as was stated, you'll need ID to get the ticket.

Another option - if you have a Disney Store near you, you can purchase them there and get the advance purchase discount.

at ticketmania... a 3 day hopper is 255.00 with no expiry
they are having a sale on the 3 day hopper plus 2 extra days for 247.00 but that has Expiry.

They are having free shipping right now... we ordered ours and got them within 10 days tops!!! here are some other options thought
