Sounds like granny needs to delegate per family...Just with booking reservations for all 21 people assuming everyone wants to be together Sounds like a legit nighmare waiting to happen. .. She should just price out the tickets and have 1 person per family buy tickets and manage there own familys MDE.

I would have the family groupings buy the tickets themselves with grandma's credit card info.

It may take time or need to be broken up into smaller parties but no reason she can’t do it online.
