Buying resale and addresses

I have two questions related to buying a resale contract and addresses. I currently don't own a home and tend to move every few years as a renter. Could this possibly be an issue? I'm not sure if it's something that gets recorded with the deed and would need to stay updated/what that process would look like if so.

My second question is more specific to the COVID-19 situation. I'd like to provide the real estate agent with my home address where I'm currently renting, but due to the virus I'm not living there right now. I'm staying with family a few hours drive away and likely won't be back for 1-2 months. Do you think this is something the broker could accommodate?

You can list any address you want. They don't really check it and the only thing you need to worry about is if something gets sent there from Disney will it be kept for you.

Everything will be done via email and at the end the resale company may just send a final contract to you in the mail for your records nothing more.

Also MS may send an activation code in the mail but most people reach out to MS via email prior to that anyways to get it.

You can always update your mailing address online as well and DVC uses that over what is on the deed for mailing the magazine etc...
