Buying Q&C vouchers?

Has anyone in Canada ever bought them? How were you able?

I checked into Hotwire, Connections and Lilian Vernon but they all want a US credit card and address. I checked ebay but given that the vouchers are $11.75 I am not keen to pay $30.00 plus $10.00 shipping for 2 vouchers!

I tried the disauctions, but again so far they all have said - will ship within US only.

The only trick to these folks is they want $25 to ship internationally. Seems kind of foolish, but there it is. However, they also have an option for pickup in Orlando.
