Please forgive me if this has been asked (searched, but couldn't find it)...

With the new 15% down when referred by a member, can this be used if somebody wanted to purchase at VERO or HILTON HEAD? I don't think so off the top of my head, because I thought the only way to buy at Vero or HH was to buy resale and I can't imagine the 15% would work on resale. Could somebody help me out so I can help my friend??????

The !5% only applies to SSR. In order to buy at Vero or Hilton you would either have to buy resale or through Disney. Disney will charge you $92/point so you will be better going through through re-sale. The timeshare store has serval contracts up for sale. When buying Vero or Hilton you need to factor in that these places have a lot higher yearly dues than the DVC based at WDW.
