I am thinking of buying the one time 24 points. do you do this when you book the room online or do i have to buy them before i book. can you buy them online or do i have to call TIA

You must call in to buy the one time points. Also, they can only be bought at the 7 months mark.

by calling MS
only for the number of points needed to complete a reservation
within the 7 months booking window
