Has anyone ordered park hoppers from the Disney site? Did you have any problems? Are they the cheapest there...4 day hoppers...$192...5 day hoppers...$217. Thanks!:D

I bought mine online last year and plan to do so again this year. I think they may have been a little cheaper, I really don't remember. I know the Universal ones were. We didn't have any trouble using them, but we did have to stand in the ticket counter line and get them. (I didn't have them delivered, I just used the 'will call' number) It didn't save us any time since we still had to stand in line.

Same here. Ordered them online twice (once tickets for everyone in the family, next time just a PAP for myself) and same here... had to go through the ticket line to get them (will call).

This time I'm purchasing the tickets online far enough in advance to get them mailed. I met several other people there that had "hard" tickets (not that tough paper kind- like a card like the hotel room key) and they said they ordered them the same way I did but had them delivered/mailed instead of picking them up there. :)

Take a look at Mousesavers.com. Mary has some suggestions for getting discounts on park tickets. I bought mine from Paramount International Travel for a better savings yet.

The ordering process was a little clumsy cause they have you fax them an authorization letter to charge the credit card but everything seems legit otherwise. Got my tix in about 5 days.

The Disney.com site does not include taxes and shipping costs with their quoted prices. Once you add those in, buying your passes from Disney is no bargain. You would do better to go through Ticketmania.com or FloridaOrlandoTickets.net. Their price quotes include taxes and Ticketmania has free shipping via regular US mail.

Thanks, guys. I found out the Disney site wasn't cheaper, after you added the tax and shipping. I think I'll go with Ticketmania. They seem to be the cheapest. :D

Oh no, they are NOT cheaper than some other places to get the tickets. I was only answering about the park did anyone purchase them there and did they have any problems. Yes I purchased them through that website and no I didn't have any problems.

The only thing those tickets are cheaper than -is busying the tickets at the gate. That's it. Lots of other places to get them cheaper but for some reason I just feel safer buying them from disneyworld.com. Might be because I purchased our accomodations through hotels.com and got ripped off (bait and switch- ended up paying same amount -since it was paid upfront and got WAY jipped on the accomodations and amenities of where we ended up having to stay since they "overbooked"). So now I'm scared to buy anything from a "non official" website. :(
