Buying on Disney.com with Disney Visa

My subtotal is $78.83. I am paying with my Disney Visa. I am wanting to use the code to receive 10% off since my total is over $50 and I am trying to use the free shipping code since my total is over $75. Can they not be combined?? I am receiving an error when I enter the free shipping code saying my order is not eligible. I cannot figure out why. I sure wish it would tell you why it won't accept the code. Anyone know? Thanks.

I believe it's one or the other, if I remember correctly. You will have to figure out the better discount.

I've given up ordering from them. I find them horribly lacking in customer service skills.

Well, that really stinks As a Disney Visa holder, I should be able to use that perk in addition to the discount that is available to anyone else. I don't order from them much but I won't be doing much ordering if this is the case.

I see that it says it cannot be combined with other discounts but it did work when I got my total up to where the 10% didn't take me below $75 for the free shipping code. Wonder if I entered the free shipping code first and then the Disney Visa code...hmm, gonna try
