I am buying my first bbq in the coming weeks for my apartment… First off, does anyone have a recommendation on am inexpensive smallish bbq. I live on the 23rd floor and only have a small balcony, so something small is required. I saw one at Target last week for about $110. Is that a good price? :fish:

As well… Does anyone have any easy bbq recipes? Desirably, something I can quickly throw together when I get home from work. I really don’t tolerate garlic, so none-garlic recipes are appreciated.

Thx :yay:

I don't have any recommendations for the grill itself but for a recipe, here's one that's easy and tastes pretty good.

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup crushed fresh garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper

Because of the amount of sugar, be careful not to burn the outside of the meat. Your best bet is to keep turning over the meat to allow even cooking, especially in the middle. A good meat to use woudl be pork or chicken but tri tips works good, too. I like to marinade it over night but 4 hours would be enough.
