Nope it sure can`t. The only other way to get them is ebay or if someone is selling thiers on the Dis Auctions.

nope, as she said. I rejoined. I also bought them off of e-bay, which honestly I would have no bought if I had known about it. I joined Simple Escapes, which is part of the connections thing.
