Buying more than a fixed week

The value is where I'm currently hung up, whether a ~200 point FW or two 100 point contracts would sell for more per point resale. There's very little FW data.

I think the 2 100 point would be more marketable than a FW for resale, Resale can only be used at RIV so your market becomes only those people looking for that exact week.

However, the smaller contract may appeal to someone who wants RIV to add to what they already own.

Honestly, though, I’d buy a FW if you really want to use it as one, at least occasionally..i

If the resale restrictions affect RIV availability downstream, the FW would be more attractive, though... Hard to predict.
