If you buy items inside the park, (t-shirts, mugs, etc) can you still have them sent to the hotel? We are staying at the ASMo resort.
Is it still free to do this, if you can, or do they charge for it now?

I don't like to have to carry extra stuff around the parks but if I see something I like I usually buy it because I forget where I saw it other wise.

Thanks for any help. We leave it 23 days!!! YEAH!!!!!

You can still do this and it is free.

They will send it to the gift shop at your hotel and you have to go there to pick it up. I believe it is guaranteed to arrive by the next day.

So don't buy something on your last day and expect it to be at the hotel to pick up right away.

I love not having to carry bags around the parks :)

We'll be there in 23 days too!!! We're staying at Pop. Maybe we'll run into each other!

Also if you buy something in the park they can deliver it to the front of the park and hold it there for you to pick up on your way out. We did this on our last day since we had already checked out of our hotel. They held our purchases at the front of MGM while we rode rides and ate.

You can also have stuff shipped home. There is a charge for that though, but it worked out well when we had big items that wouldn't fit into our suitcase!:)

Yes, they will send it back to your hotel, but I find it much more convenient to have it sent to the front of the park and pick it up on my way out. They will do that for just about anything large or small that you want. It's a great service.

We've been to WDW twice, and love that they send purchases back to the hotel. I lost $100.00 worth of photos at Disneyland one year. Not sure how, but I must have set the bag down somewhere. I cried. They were my niece's first Disney pictures. Even though we checked daily with lost and found, they weren't recovered. I'm now a firm believer in having them delivered.

Speaking of my niece. Our second trip we took her with us to WDW. She was four. Just a tip for you "rent-a-moms" like me (because real moms already have stuff like this figured out). Don't send items back that you've let the child choose and purchase. Dniece chose some Bear in the Big Blue House bath toys in MGM. I sent them back to the hotel with another package we picked up that day. It was to arrive by 3:00PM the next day.

That night when we arrived back at the hotel the child asked to take a bath with her new bear toys. Ut-oh, lots of tears from a tired cranky little girl. Wish I'd thought about it before sending those back.

Yes you can send stuff back from DTD.

I was there in Oct 03 and bought tons of stuff everyday. My 3 yr old at the time Neohew shopped like he had never seen a store before LOL.
Each Night when we got back to our room all of our things were waiting for us on our beds .

We stayed at the WL Concierge
