1st you have to look at the Buy-in in point they are cost per point.

Smallest on new member from DVD (disneys DVC realitor)150 points

150p (no discount ) @ $98 PP = $14700 @ 10 years 20 % down(through DVD ) 9.75%apr =153.79 So thats the Buy -in

Then you have yearly Mant. fees they can be paid at once on Jan 15th or spread out % free for 12 month (Direct Debit US bank only )

150p @ 3.98 =597 now these go up or down change with Taxes and resort expences but they can not make aprofit off them.

If you do a forum search under "dues increase summary" you can find history on dues broken up by resort. This will give you an idea on how much dues have increased in the past. Dues are the biggest outlay of owning.

Disney does provide financing itself - not outsourced. They are pretty easy to work with and even those with some credit problems have been approved (although at a higher downpayment).

Your guide can provide current rate information and exact numbers for the size contract you would be interested in purchasing.
