Hi.I Have Been Thinking About Buying Into DVC,I Plan On Going In Nov This Year Say from The 22nd To The 1st Of Dec,Then I Plan On Going In March With 2 Children For About 9 Nights,How Many Points Would I Have To Purchase For This?? Ideally It Would Be A One Bedroom Apartment,I'm Assuming The Kid's Could Sleep In The Livingroom?? What Resort Would You Reccomend?? Are There Any perk's If You Pay Cash?? Any Help Would Be Appreciated..

9 nights 22 Nov - 1 Dec is a tricky one because it includes the Thanksgiving weekend which is high on points. A 1 bedroom at Old Key West Resort (lowest points requirement) you'd need:

Nov 22 - 22 points
23 - 54
24 - 41
25 - 18
26 - 18
27 - 18
28 - 18
29 - 18
30 - 41

Total = 248 points

Points requirement is very resort / date / size accommodation specific, so it's hard to give any idea of points for March without knowing the dates (especially with Easter in there).
