Buying in incentives changing ?

I know that no incentives are guaranteed, we were offered $104 per point, $8 off per point, and matching points that we could use at SSR in the next 12 months, No maint. Fee until May of 09 THis would be for buying in at AKV. We were planning on buying in after the first of the year, but with these incentives, now we are not sure if we should wait that long. Is this just a sales thing going on just for right now, or do these perks stay pretty consistant and would probably still be going in Jan? Or as the opening date gets closer, do they get better?

The incentives do change and I wouldn't assume the same offer would be available in January. In addition, the pricing might also change prior to that time - there has not been an increase since early 2007.

If you like what you saw and the pricing with the incentive sounds good, it may not be any better in January and may not be as good.

I think the incentives being offered right now are pretty good ones as they'll want to sell as much as they can of AKV before sales at GCV or the "mysterious" BLT open up. (Which I'm sure will include an increase in the price per point.)

If your finances will allow it and you're ready, let me be the little voice in your ear saying "Just Do It!".
