Is there a way for DVC members not staying at club level to purchase extra fast passes? Will be staying at BWV.

No. What you can do, however, is book one of the tours that gives you access to the Fastpass lines for various rides. A couple of years ago we did the Ultimate Nights of Adventure Tour at Animal Kingdom which gave us FP access to
Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Avatar Flight of Passage, Na’vi River Journey, DINOSAUR and Rivers of Light as well as a snack. This costs $249 per person.

DVC guests staying in Poly Bungalows or WL Cabins are eligible for the paid FP program. Guests in GF Grand Villas are also eligible - what I don’t know is if that also extends to all resorts with Grand Villas, or if it’s just GF (hopefully a DVC person who knows can chime in). Edit to add, from a little google searching it does appear all Grand Villa reservations are eligible.
