Buying Disney Gift Cards in UK

Does anyone know if you can buy Disney Gift Cards in the UK (in Dollars) prior to going, as I wish to give one to someone before they travel to use when they are out there?

You can order them online from Disney, but they charge $25 dollars for delivery!!!!

Anyone know where I can buy them from here?

As far as I know Disney Dollars and Dollar gift cards are only available over there.
