Hi we are going to disney world in july. Has anyone bought discounted disney tickets before? I found a site I think DWtickets.com and was just wondering if they are on the up and up. Thank you

Last year we used mapleleaftickets.com. We used them because they were recommended by allearsnet and that is a pretty reliable source. Never heard of dwtickets so I can't comment. I know mouse savers has a reliable source for discounted tickets that many people have used. I'd definitely get recommendations for whatever agent you go with.

I used mapleleaftickets last year and they delivered them to the resort. Had no problems with them. AAA also offers discount tickets.

I have been doing some comparison shopping and found that the dicounts from site to site are not that dramatic (about $5-11). The difference seams to be the handleing fees, so make sure you look at that too.

PS- if you have Disney Visa, you can apply your points to the purchase of your tickets if you buy them on-line from Disney. They offer free delivery if you print the certificate at home. Then present it at any Cust Service location to get your tickets.

I second Ticketmaina, but lately have figured out that in some cases Disney has the same prices.

Never heard of them. We have used Maple Leaf Tickets and had wonderful experiences with them. Some other that have a solid reputation in the Disney community are Ticketmania and Undercover Tourist.

I just compared the ticket prices for AAA, undercovertourist and the IBM club where DH works. AAA and undercovertourist were about the same where as DH's IBM club was really a much better deal on the 7 day ticket. If you have a credit union or discounted ticketing place thru your job, I would definitely check there also. princess:

I believe mapleleaf, ticketmania and undercover tourist all give more money off than what is published on their website, but only to those who use their link in the mousesavers monthly newsletter. I know when we bought tickets for the rest of our party last year, I compared what mapleleaf's ticket prices were on their regular site and then what they were through the mousesavers link and there was a bit of a difference-enough to make it worthwhile. We have AAA too and I thought their rates were stinky-we got a much better deal without them-even considering s/h charges. Some companies give the best discounts though-especially the larger companies. I know my father gets a better discount than I could ever find with his government rate. To be honest though, I've never seen a huge disparity overall in ticket prices-its a few bucks here or there.
