I usually don't buy used clothing but my friend has an outfit I really like & I have found the same outfit in the right size on eBay.
The Seller has 100% pos feedback, member since only April, and lists the outfit as "Used" with a no returns policy. What questions should I ask her so I don't end up with an unpleasant & unexpected surprize which will end up going right in the trash or to the Salvation Army.
I feel if I don't ask the right questions ahead of time, it will be my fault with what I end up with as I should have asked first. She did state in the auction that if there is a problem once you've received the item, that the buyer could email to discuss it.
But "Used" seems to be a broad category to me.
