Buying BLT Resale

I asked the broker about those Oct UY 100pt contracts and he said that one buyer is buying all three for close to asking! Even loaded, I can't imagine paying $150/pt for BLT!

BLT contracts are generally going for $120-$135pp for anything more than 100pts. $120 would be the very low end and are usually without points for a year. Anything above $135, especially for a large contract, is way too much even if it has double points IMO. I watch BLT obsessively, and that’s what I’ve seen.

***Wanted to add I’m a BLT owner, so I don’t mind the higher resale value, but you shouldn’t overpay.

I am also a BLT owner and saw the three Oct UY contracts in question. I though they were priced rather handsomely and while being an owner I am happy to see the higher resale prices I also don't like it as we are still wanting to add on.
