Buying beer in Nassau

Best place I've found is a store right across the street (to the left, on the corner) from the port area where domestic beers are $4/can. Has anyone found anywhere cheaper to restock while in Nassau?

Hi I found a small liquor store to the right of the port area in the main shopping strip that was selling cold beer 2 for 5 US.

It was a small store, not far from the Straw Market.

We usually make a right out of the port, buy a frozen daquiri for some in our party at Fat Tuesdays. about 1 more block past Fat Tuesdays but about 2-3 blocks before the straw market, is a liquor type store with refrigerator walls... Kalik (choose from Light, regular or "gold) or Sands I think .. are usually 3 for $5 USD. Hubby and I find Kalik is similar to Corona. We drink a few while shopping for cheap Tshirts and bracelets, then we carry on any unopened bottles back to the ship. It's by far our favorite (cheap and easy!) place to restock

I couldn't remember where this one was but I have been there buying Kalik and really looking forward to our next cruise so I can get some more
