It's only for So Cal residents?? YUCK!!!! Geez man, us Nor Calers can't catch a break with Disney!! This would help me a lot since I've got 4 passes to buy.
Speaking of not catching a break, but a little OT - I am still trying to figure out the zip code criteria required for guests to participate in the current survey at the DLH that gets you a $100 gift card! A few different guests have reported being approached at DLR in the last week by CMs wanting to know what their zip codes were and what type of ticket they used to get in. If they meet the criteria, they can do a 75-minute survey in the DLH and get a $100 gift card. One poster said that she was declined for some reason by the CM who came up to her, but her husband, who presumably had the same answers as she did, was accepted by a different CM and asked to participate!!
My friend was approached just as we entered DL on the morning of Saturday, October 4, and I recall seeing a CM with a clipboard look at her ticket. Then she asked her what her zip code what and that didn't meet the criteria (my friend lives in Anaheim , right down the street from DLR) and they sent her on her way.
Now, I have to admit, I would have been bummed out if my friend got a $100 gift card and I didn't, after all the time and money I have devoted to DLR trips, but I am not sure if she was disqualified because she has an Anaheim zip code or maybe because she has a SoCal zip code.
Maybe, in this case, the NorCal residents would have come out ahead, Pixiewings71!!!! They may not have been looking for locals for this survey! They are giving a gift now because they said it is hard to get folks to agree to take surveys. Meanwhile I take surveys all the time for free, and I am just waiting to be approached for something like that! In fact, I WAS approached at DCA to do a survey but it was an email survey about the TOTP, and no gift was involved, darn it

I can't get Dreamed to save my life and I don't get offered the $100 survey
