Buying AP's ... Haven't Been Paying Attention ??

I'm almost embarrassed to ask this. Up until now, we've been planning to use 7-day Hoppers for our upcoming trip.

But all of a sudden, I now want to get an AP due to circumstances. I haven't been watching threads on AP's since they really didn't apply. So now I have a question . . . other than calling Disney direct, can I purchase an AP ahead of our arrival any other way (or a less expensive way) ??

There are no discounts for advanced purchase on an AP. Unless you are doing it for budget reasons or to avoid a price increase I would not buy it at the store. The stores give you a voucher which you than take to GS to activate. If you go to GS than it is a 1 step process.
