Buying AP with Disney Gift Cards (limit online or Disney Store?)

I'm thinking of purchasing Disney gift cards at BJ's to pay for an annual pass. The $100 cards at BJ's are about $96 plus Chase Freedom is giving 5% back on warehouse stores this quarter, so there's a pretty good potential savings.

First question: are most Disney Stores selling AP's these days?

2nd: If purchasing at the Disney Store or especially online, is there a limit on the number of payment methods you can use to purchase a ticket?

I called my Disney store to confirm. I spoke to someone who said she was almost positive they did not sell them but went to check with a manager. Turns out they did sell them. So I was able to go there and buy them. I did the Raise then Target route to buy my gift cards, and it worked fine after combining them on disneygiftcard.com.

I didn't realize you could combine them. We had a wonderful cast member at Disney Springs guest relations help us purchase our AP's with 13 hundred-dollar GCs fro BJ's. Next year I will know to combine them first!
