Is Disney the only place where you can purchase Annual Passes? I am thinking about getting one just to offset the price of our room and I need to know where should I get it.

I would like to know also. I know that the Disney store does not sell them. Is there a store you can buy them from or just through disney. :confused3

As far as I know only through Disney. The only discount is the DVC owners discount. (Warning... APs cost more then you think... they cause the "let's take a trip since we already have admission" syndrome to occur. LOL!)

I just bought one online last week. Did expedited shipping ($10 vs 3.00) and it was here 4 days after I ordered it!!!! You can also call their 1=800 number to order the A.P.

I am so afraid of catching the syndrome. I know I will feel as if I have to use it again, since it is good for a whole year!! But if I purchase it, I am only getting one which means my DD can't go. That will probably be enough to keep me here...I guess!!

Have any of you considered the new Flexible My Way pass for 10 days. We will use 5 days this year and 5 days next (we opted for the no expiration option). We usually stay for 15 days but have found that when we have our Ap we force ourselves to go to the park more often than we would like just to get our money's worth. I am buying two of the new passes and my husband will get one AP for himself to cover parking and discounts. By doing this we save 170.00. Plus we can go to all the other attractions we usually by pass or only spend a day at. I mean there is Gatorland,Universal, Sea World not to mention all the Swamp tours and ghost tours available in the area. Then of course what is the point of staying in a two bedroom resort with all the amenities if you cannot use them cause you are always on the go. Go to Mousesavers.com that is where I found out all the info.

Bella-
I have considered the 10 day pass with no expiration. In fact, that was my initial plan. However when I say the discounts that one can get with an AP, I started to lean in that direction. Here's what I have figured out thus far...I will buy one Adult AP for myself (approx. $400), a 5day hopper with 14 day expiration for DD (approx. $188) and additional 6 day hopper with 14 day exp. Adult for my younger cousin (13) (approx. $288). My DD has one day left on a park hopper from our last visit to WDW. In fact I have one additional day left, but if I am going to buy an AP I will not need to use it on this visit. In total, we will spend six days in the parks and four days hanging out at the resort, shopping, etc.

Right now, I believe I will wait for the AP discounts to come out and if they are signifigant enough I will go that route. If not, I can always by the 10 daywith no expiration, use my leftover day for last visit and have 5 days for another trip when I am ready to use them. Instead of trying to fit another trip in prior to the AP expiring.

Everytime, I think I have this figured out...it all goes haywire again!!
